My girlfriend does not want to spend time with my friends

My girlfriend and I have been going out for five months now and we go to to the same school. She expects me to hang out with her friends and wants me to always walk up to her with her friends and her. I did not one time and she got sad about it. However she will not come up to me with my friends and I have got her to sit with us at lunch only one time. Before we even sat down she decided she did not like it. Are most girls like this and how can i make her more comfortable around my friends? I have talked to her about it and she does not answer the questions.

Sometimes girls get nervous being the only one in a group of guys, plus they're your friends and she might feel the added pressure of fitting in and being judged. Try getting your friends together with hers, when everyone knows each other it becomes easier.

I would have to agree with Dave that commented before me. I'm the type of girl that would hang out with him and his friends before I make him hang out with my friends. However it can be a little uncomforable hanging out with all the boyfriends friends and she may be afraid to say something wrong and all your friends laugh at her or talk you into leaving her. I don't know what type of girl she is thats just something that may be why.
