I was just wondering does it really FEEL GOOD for them when their nipples are rubbed or licked and sucked/ boobs fondled.

I've never met a girl that doesn't like it but they all have preferences about how they're fondled. Some like light touches or licks, others like pinches and nips - I even knew one who didn't like her nipples touched but loved having her boobs squeezed. Go figure. Start off gently and see how she responds.

girl are very picky when it comes to them.some of us like them very barly touched and then you have the ones who want them clamped and always touched.but every girl has there way of haveing them touched.
