How to make the sex better?

I'm seeing this guy and I'm his first, he doesn't know how to touch me right and even makes it hurt sometimes, how do I coach him to be better without hurting his feelings?

Coach him while you're in the middle of it by telling him what you like. Guys like devices with instructions so we actually enjoy it when you tell us what gets you going. Just remember to be positive and non-critical - tell him what you like, not what he's doing wrong.

Do stuff to him the way you like it done and say that's how you like it too.
