my bf smokes pot once ina while and i'm really anti drugs. i like him in every other way but i hate this...he does it with his friends and they think it's super cool so i don't know how to get him to stop.

my girlfriend and i enjoy sharing the odd one, together while sitting listening to music and talking by candlelight, or watching a funny film. In the right cirumstances it can be very romantic, and effective in setting a mood as it revolves around sharing and is quite intimate. if you really like him it might be worth trying to make it a couples activity and then limit it over time till he is only smoking when you want to.
alternatively discuss the subject, but avoid any specific orders telling him to stop. more subtle requests or hints will be more useful in getting through.

look you can't make him do anything!
when he is ready to stop he will but what i can tell you is that its ok as long as he respects the fact that you don't smoke and he doesnt do it around you. dont be on his case men hate being pressured you dont wanna lose him like that do you?
when the time is right he will realize that its wrong and he will stop on his own.
