If the big thing you do together is go out to dinner and have sex, albeit fun and new sex, then I can see why you have a problem. Do you do any other fun activities together? Girls love dancing, have you done that or thought about taking lessons together? Do you play sports or go hiking and explore new places on the weekend? Maybe go hiking with friends or start up/join a volleyball, baseball, or basketball team? How about finding some interesting areas that aren't too far away and driving out of town to see them? You could also look around for art gallery events or showings.
Dinner, movies, and sex will bore most girls over time. Get out there and be interesting with her.

What dave said fool u got to show her that u love is strong and that shes ur number one MOFO. no but really exciting activity keep her guessing im not sure what kind of like you lead or even how old u are but maybe a picnic would be nice if ur in the right part of the world, lying in the grassing talking drinking refreshing cocktails (i like cranberry juice with vodka and mint) and eating delicious sandwiches and thing is always good it helps crate bonds and build love from one another
if its not warm sunny and nice and green maybe make her dinner and then sit in front of a fire u make talking and cooking marshmallows or roasting potatoes
is also good times
best of luck
