New Boy!

I have went on 4 dates already with this boy that I really like. Everything seems to be going well and he seems to be pretty interested in me. We have already kissed and he has had dinner with my parents! But we never really established yet if we were "boyfriend and girlfriend." I'm not sure what to do...if I should bring it up, or wait a little longer until he says something???? Also, he has been to my house a few times now, but he hasn't invited me over to see his house yet. What does this mean???

Don't push the boyfriend/girlfriend thing, guys generally aren't big on that type of pressure. He'll bring it up or it will work itself out naturally. If he agreed to have dinner with your parents I'd guess you're pretty much there anyway.
There could be lots of reasons he hasn't invited you over yet - maybe the place is messy, or not as nice as yours, or he's embarrassed of his parents or siblings, or his parents don't like him bringing people over. Who knows? You've been out 4 times, he seems to be into you, give it another week or two and see what happens.
