Didn't do enough for Valentines day?

My boyfriend and me decided not to make a big deal out of VD cuz it's long distance and I couldn't see him due to both our schedules. What does he do? Sends me a beautiful necklace, flowers, and the most amazing letter! I only sent a card cuz that was the deal right? I called him to say how much I appreciate what he did and he said he wanted to surprise me but now I feel all guilty like cuz he did SO much more. Shoudl I send him a gift or wait and do something nice next time I see him?

I don't think you have to do anything special, he did it because he wanted to make you happy and your call said it did. You can do something for him in the future but don't feel like you have to even things up.

it's really kinda the guys responsibility to dote on the girl for valentines day. I think that if you were truly happy with his gifts, that is his present.
